Design and Build – Under Construction – Complete Summer 2024
A Grade 2* listed building restored over 3 years to create a hotel, bars and restaurants, a theatre, cinema, office space, and public rooms set in a restored public garden in North London. We have carefully worked with the contractor and a multitude of specialist designers and subcontractors to sensitively bring this 1930’s masterpiece back to its original glory.
